Salmon Caviar and Avocado Sushi Cake

Make something a bit different from the usual for the Doll Festival (March 3rd). Once you have all the ingredients ready, you just need to pack it into a mold. This works well for parties too.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sushi rice
1 rice cooker cup (180 ml uncooked)
Salmon roe
to taste
Smoked salmon
4 slices
1 leaf


1. Prepare the cups. Don't forget to oil the insides lightly.
2. Prepare the ingredients. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice or vinegar to prevent discoloring.
3. Pack the cups in this order: salmon roe, sushi rice, smoked salmon, sushi rice, and finally avocado. Don't press down too hard; just fill the cups lightly.
4. Invert each cup on a plate, pull it up slowly to remove, and it's done.
