Girl's Day Bento Pinchos

In the photo, I've put the pinchos on onigiri rice balls but you can display them on bread or use them as appetizers if you wish.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Wiener sausages
2 circular slices
Cucumber
2 circular slices
Boiled carrot
1 circular slice
Nori (dried seaweed sheet)
as needed

Steps

1. Attach faces to wiener sausage and vegetable pinchos. (The carrot has been boiled in salted water and the cucumber has been sprinkled with salt to help lock in the moisture.)
2. Make faces with nori seaweed and small accessories using the vegetables.
3. This is how they look when used to decorate a box of onigiri.
