Fried Pasta for Snacking

What snack should I have while drinking tonight?? Make your own flavours and seasonings!

Ingredients

Pasta
as needed
Frying oil
as needed
Flavors:
1) Rock salt (salt)
a small amount
2) Garlic Powder
a small amount
Grated cheese (Parmesan)
a small amount
3) Cinnamon Sugar
a small amount

Steps

1. Only use the amount of pasta that you want to eat. Break them into pieces that are easy to fry and deep-fry in 170°C oil for about 20-30 seconds.
2. Once fried, place them on a paper towel and sprinkle with your choice of flavors.
3. Take the non-adventurous route! 1) salt! Sprinkle with salt and then hold both ends of the paper towel and shake it around so that the salt shakes each strand of pasta! (You get the gist)
4. I think these go great with shochu highballs or wine! 2) Garlic powder with grated cheese.
5. These are good for afternoon snacks Surprisingly delicious 3) Cinnamon Sugar for the adventurous person.
6. If you serve in a champagne glass etc., they'll look like something you might get at a fancy restaurant.

Story Behind this Recipe

I really liked making the salted kind that you get in bars, but I got tired of the same flavors and decided to try different flavors. It came out so delicious.
