Chilled Matcha Soba with Grated Yamaimo

Matcha soba
1 serving
as desired
Grated yamaimo
as desired
Poached egg
Green onions
to taste


1. Boil the matcha soba to your desired firmness. It should take about 3-4 minutes.
2. Rinse in ice water and drain in a strainer.
3. Cut the cucumber and green onions as shown.
4. Put the chilled matcha soba and mentsuyu in a dish, then top with the grated yamaimo, cucumber, onion, and egg.
