Ready in a Minute! Easy Bean Salad

Just open up a few cans and mix! A super easy recipe that's a standard go-to dish at our house.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Canned mixed beans
1 can
Canned soy beans
1 can
Canned tuna
1 can
Canned hijiki seaweed
1 can
about 3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount of each


1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, mix, mix and transfer to serving plates. That's it! (If you're using canned tuna in oil, drain the oil beforehand.)
2. I added canned corn here.
3. With macaroni and cucumber!
4. With mizuna instead of hijiki seaweed. Crispy and delicious!
5. With cucumber and ground sesame seeds (black ones here). Another Cookpad member taught me this variation.

Story Behind this Recipe

I made bean salad quite often. I made this when I couldn't be bothered with chopping up stuff, and just thought "let's just open up some cans!" You'll be surprised by how tasty this salad is, though!
