Egg and Dairy Free Pound Cake

A simple cake that can be enjoyed by kids with egg or dairy allergies.

Ingredients: 17 cm pound cake

Pancake mix
100 g
30 g
Unprocessed soy milk
100 g
30 g


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix together all the ingredients except for the banana.
3. Set aside a couple of slices of the banana to use for decoration, and mash the rest. Mix it into the bowl from Step 2.
4. Pour the mixture into a pound cake tin, and top it with thinly sliced pieces of banana for decoration.
5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
