Simple Tofu Steak

These tofu steaks are seasoned with yakiniku sauce!

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Firm tofu
2 blocks
Katakuriko
as needed
Yakiniku sauce (bottled)
to taste
Leek or radish sprouts
to taste

Steps

1. Drain the tofu and divide into 4.
2. Coat the tofu entirely with katakuriko.
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry Step 2 until browned and crisp.
4. Once the tofu has browned, pour in the yakiniku sauce and let it simmer. Once it has become slightly thickened, it's done.
