This is a Japanese-style milk crepe made by sandwiching sakura soy milk cream between layers of kinako soy flour crepes. Make this one for your Doll Festival party.
I wanted to make some Japanese-style sakura soy milk sweets for my little doll.
I reduced the amount of kinako soy flour by a little more than half for myself, but please feel free to adjust it to suite your tastes.
