Put the custard cream in your dishes and smooth the top. Top with the sponge cake and then with strained yogurt.
Garnish with strawberries and pour strawberry sauce on top. Decorate with mint leaves. You can also dust with powdered sugar.

Step 2: Warm the strawberry sauce for a bit longer than instructed in the recipe (3 minutes + 2 minutes). If you use store-bought jam, just add water to loosen it into a sauce. Step 4: Use 1/2 a recipe worth of custard cream. Adjust to taste. You can top the parfait with cookies or wafers.
