Chikuwa and Cabbage Stir-Fried in Mayonnaise and Ponzu

This stir-fried dish is easy, time-saving and delicious!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Main ingredients:
Chikuwa
1 package (5)
Cabbage leaves
about 5
Seasoning ingredients:
Mayonnaise
1 squirt around
Ponzu
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste
Sesame oil (for stir frying)
1 tablespoon
For garnish:
Sesame seeds
to taste
Red chili pepper (optional)
to taste

Steps

1. To prepare: Diagonally slice the chikuwa and shred the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Over high heat, add a touch of sesame oil, then add the chikuwa. I recommend sesame oil.
3. Brown them as shown in the photo. The surface should become crispy.
4. Add the cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat, taking care not to burn it.
5. Stir-fry until the cabbage wilts. Add a small amount of water.
6. Once the cabbage is tender, add the mayonnaise and ponzu. I recommend this much mayonnaise.
7. Allow the flavors to blend, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Transfer to a serving dish, and it's ready! I recommend sprinkling on sesame seeds and red chili peppers.
