Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are sweet chocolate chip cookies straight out of a picture book that are guaranteed to make the kids happy. They are crispy and delicious, you won't be able to stop yourself from eat lots of them!

Ingredients: 24-30 cookies

Cake flour
130 g
Baking soda
1/3 teaspoon
Medium egg
Chocolate chips
120 g
Salted butter
50 g
Vegetable oil
30 g
Vanilla oil
1/2 teaspoon
Cane sugar (or brown sugar)
50 g
Granulated sugar
40 g


1. Cream butter that has reached room temperature. Then add in the oil, and mix.
2. Mix in all the sugar, and mix in the whisked egg in three batches.
3. Add the vanilla oil, add in the chocolate, and lightly mix.
4. Add in the the sifted cake flour and baking soda at the same time, and lightly mix to get rid of the flouriness. Wrap in plastic wrap and flatten it out evenly, and let sit in the fridge for an hour.
5. After an hour, preheat the oven to 180℃. Spread out the cookies thinly onto the cookie pan with spaces in-between. They won't spread out too much in the oven if you shape them out thinly.
6. Bake the cookies in 2-3 batches according to the size of the oven. They will bake in 12-14 minutes.

I was told by someone that they wanted to eat Valentine's cookies, so I figured I would give it a try.
