Soft Custard Cream with One Whole Egg in a Microwave

Soft Custard Cream with One Whole Egg in a Microwave

It's healthy because it's made with one whole egg and soy milk I made plenty of soft custard cream.

Ingredients: a plenty (about 600 g)

Whole egg
Cake flour
5 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
Soy milk (or milk)
600 ml
Vanilla Oil (or Vanilla Extract)
2-3 drops

1. Add the whole egg, cake flour, and sugar into a heatproof bowl, and mix well with a whisk.
2. Add the soy milk, and mix well. First, add it slowly so the mixture won't get lumpy.
3. Microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W without plastic wrap, and mix with the whisk. Repeat this 2 more times.
4. When the edges of the cream start to thicken, microwave for 2 minutes. When it has the right consistency, add the vanilla oil, and mix well. If it's still runny, microwave for another 1 minute.
5. If you have time, strain the cream in a sieve. Tightly cover the surface of the cream with plastic wrap so that it won't form a film, and let it cool. Keep the wrap on when you store it as well.
