Easy Ponzu Chicken Wings

These taste better than the yakitori served in a yakitori restaurant!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken wing mid-section
350 g
Less than a teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
A pinch each


1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken. Squeeze on a little bit of mayonnaise as well.
2. Place the seasoned chicken in a plastic bag and rub the ingredients together. Once the mayonnaise is mixed in well, add ponzu and mix it again.
3. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. Grill chicken wings on a grill. Sprinkle on some ichimi spice if you'd like.
