This is a simple homemade mayonnaise you can whip up whenever you run out.

Ingredients: 235 g

Egg
1 (50 g)
Vinegar
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
170 ml
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
a small amount
Japanese mustard
a small amount

Steps

1. These are the ingredients.
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. * Don't let it sit too long.
3. Mix with an immersion blender for 30 seconds.
4. And your mayonnaise is ready.

I tried this many times in the past with an electric mixer, but... ( `)
I thought that maybe the problem was that it mixed too quickly, so I tried using an immersion blender and found it to be super easy!
The first time, I used 1 tablespoon of vinegar, but 2 tablespoons makes it a little sour, which is how I like it.
If you add too much oil, it will solidify.
