Diary-Free & Gluten-Free Cocoa Mousse Tart

This recipe is for a rich and creamy tart made with avocados and bananas. It's a light mousse tart containing no dairy products and no gluten.

Ingredients: 4 small tarts

Almond flour
1 cup (250 ml)
Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
a little over 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon
a small amount
Vanilla extract
a small amount
Maple syrup (or rice syrup)
20 ml
Coconut oil (melted)
30 ml
Small ripe avocado
1 small
Small ripe banana
1 small
Maple syrup (or rice syrup)
40 ml
Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
3 1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Combine the almond powder, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
2. Line a tart pan with the crust mixture and refrigerate.
3. Combine the avocado, banana, maple syrup, and cocoa powder in a food processor. Alternatively, carefully mash the ingredients manually.
4. Pour into the pan and refrigerate. Enjoy.
