Avocado

Sake lees (I recommend the paste)
15~20 g
White miso
1 teaspoon
Soy milk
2 tablespoons (adjust the consistency to its use)
◎ Mentsuyu or shio-koji - see Helpful Hints
1 tablespoon of mentsuyu or 2 teaspoons of shio-koji. Adjust to taste
◎ Mayonnaise ※Refer to Helpful Hints
about 1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients except for those marked ◎ into a food processor and blend. Add the ◎ ingredients as needed to finish.
2. Spread on crackers or enjoy with bread. It's also great with salad.
