Easy ★ Pasta with Avocado, Natto, and Yuzu Pepper Paste

The yuzu pepper paste adds just the right amount of heat and tingle.
I'd recommend this recipe for lunch, since it's pretty quick and easy.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pasta
200 g
★Avocado
1
★Natto (fermented soy beans)
2 packs
★Olive oil
2~3 tablespoons
★Yuzu pepper paste
2~3 teaspoons
Soy sauce (or the sauce that comes with the natto)
1 tablespoon
★Pasta boiling water
2 tablespoons
Green onions (chopped)
to taste

Steps

1. Combine all of the ingredients marked with ★ in a bowl.
2. Boil the pasta as instructed on the packaging. A deep frying pan will do the job well.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the avocado from Step 1. Toss together, and you're all done. Sprinkle on chopped green onions as preferred.
