Easy and Crumbly Kimchi Fried Rice

Whenever I have kimchi in my fridge, I make this quick and easy fried rice. It will be ready in no time, and will satisfy even the hungriest of stomachs.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cooked white rice
about 1 rice cooker cup's worth (180 ml uncooked)
Pork (optional)
50 g plus
Kimchi (use as is)
to your liking
Wiener sausage, ham, bacon, etc
to your liking
Flavoring ingredients:
Chicken stock granules, mayonnaise
1 heaping teaspoon each
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sesame oil, soy sauce
1 teaspoon each
Green onions
as needed


1. Heat oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork for a few minutes. Add the wiener sausage, and egg, then continue stir-frying. Add the kimchi, and mix well.
2. Add the rice, and stir-fry until the white rice turns the color of kimchi.
3. Add the powdered seasoning ingredients first, then mayonnaise, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well, sprinkle with green onions, and done.

I experimented with many different flavoring ingredients, and arrived at this taste. It became my staple dish.
