Beef Round Tataki

Serve as a side dish or as an appetizer.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Beef round
as needed
a pinch
Umami seasoning
a pinch
a pinch


1. First cut the beef round into a suitable size and season with salt, pepper and Ajinomoto seasoning.
2. Then just cook the beef to your desired taste.
3. When cooked, thinly slice the beef and transfer to a serving dish on a bed of sliced onions.
4. Eat with ponzu sauce.
