Aburaage and Leek with Miso and Cheese Snack

Try this if you have a leftover sheet of aburaage. It's really easy.


★ Japanese leek
20 g
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Pizza cheese
20 g +


1. Slice the aburaage into bite-sized pieces. Mince the leek, and mix together with the seasoning ingredients marked ★.
2. Heat a frying pan and bake the aburaage until brown on both sides (you don't need to use any oil).
3. Coat the surface of the browned aburaage with the ★ seasonings mixture, top with cheese, and bake in the toaster oven for 3-4 minutes.
4. It's done when the cheese has melted.
