I tried recreating a sushi that I had at a sushi place in Boston!
Originally, California rolls have the rice on the outside, but this is a version with the rice on the inside of the seaweed. Apparently, the reason is that Americans aren't as familiar with seaweed.
You may think that you should get firm avocados for rolled sushi, but if they're too hard, the taste isn't good... so, choose your avocado carefully!
