Balsamic Steak Salad

The balsamic vinegar and red wine gives this dish a sophisticated edge!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Beef round
300 g
Red wine
2 tablespoons
◎ Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
◎Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Salad vegetables
Use what you have


1. Mix together the ◎ seasonings. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
2. Cook both sides of the steak in a pan with olive oil. Add the red wine and cook off the alcohol.
3. Add the seasonings from Step 1 to the pan and let simmer a bit.
4. Arrange any salad vegetables you have in your refrigerator onto a plate, then top with the beef to finish.
