Matcha Chocolate Truffles

Matcha Chocolate Truffles

All you need to do is melt the ingredients in a microwave and harden the mixture in the fridge. They are matcha-flavored chocolate truffles.

Ingredients: one 12.5 x 9.5 cm tray's worth

White chocolate
100 g
2 teaspoons
Heavy cream
40 ml
Powdered sugar
as needed

1. Line the tray with parchment paper.
2. Add the chocolate, matcha, and heavy cream into a heatproof bowl, and microwave for about 1 minute to melt.
3. Pour the mixture into the tray. Drop it onto the counter several times to make it flat, and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours to harden.
4. Remove from the parchment paper, and cut off the edges with a sharp knife. Cut into 2 cm square pieces.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on the surface, and chill in the fridge. If you'd like a stronger matcha taste, you can sprinkle with matcha instead.
