It's time to graduate from store-bought sauce!
Making it at home makes it inexpensive and delicious!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground meat (mixture of beef and pork)
200 g
1 small
Finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon
Whole canned tomatoes
1/2 can
Pure olive oil
1 tablespoon
Red wine
100 ml
Tomato ketchup
2 spirals
2 spirals
Salt and pepper
to taste

1. These are the ingredients you need.
2. Heat the pure olive oil in a frying pan over high heat and cook the meat!
3. Stir-fry until just a bit of red remains.
4. Now, turn the heat to medium and throw in the onions! Stir-fry until translucent.
5. Open a space up in the center, then add the garlic. It will become fragrant as it mixes in with the meat's umami juices.
6. Once fragrant, mix it all up, still over medium heat!
7. Now, let's give the fragrance a boost! Pour in the red wine and cook to evaporate the alcohol. It'll evaporate in 1-2 minutes!!
8. Now, let's increase the flavor! Plop those canned tomatoes into the pan!
9. Bring it to a boil! Give it a taste. It will be watery, but it will start to thicken.
10. Time to draw some spirals! Draw a couple spirals with sauce and ketchup! It should look like this!
11. Now, for the final touches. Give it a try now as well! If it is lacking a bit in salt, add some salt and pepper until it's just right!
