An easy-to-make soup for busy times!

Ingredients: 2 servings

●Water
400 ml
●Chicken soup stock granules
2 teaspoons
●Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
●Salt
a dash
●Pepper
a dash
Egg
1
For the katakuriko slurry:
Katakuriko
2 teaspoons
Water
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Combine the ● ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the katakuriko slurry.
3. Return the pot to heat. Once the soup has thickened, pour in the beaten egg and you're finished.
