King Oyster Mushroom Sautéed in Butter Ponzu Sauce

This tangy dish with butter and ponzu is delicious.

King oyster mushrooms
Butter or margarine
to taste
Garlic powder
a small amount
1 teaspoon or more
Green onions (optional)
a small amount


1. Cut the stem end of the king oyster mushrooms, and cut them lengthwise into bite-sized pieces.
