Gooey, Cheesy Soup Pasta with Soft-Boiled Egg

Ingredients: 2 servings

Spiral Pasta
50 g
Wiener sausage
70 g
Consommé stock granules
2 teaspoons
Cheese that melts
40 g
Parsley (dried)
to taste
a small amount
Olive oil
1 teaspoon


1. Thinly slice the onion along the grain. Cut the wieners into 1 cm pieces.
2. Heat olive oil in a pot. Add Step 2 and season with salt. Cook until the onions are tender.
3. Add the water and consommé to Step 3. When it comes to a boil, add the pasta noodles and crack in an egg. Simmer on medium heat for 90 seconds.
4. Arrange on a dish. Sprinkle cheese around the egg and top with parsley.
