This is great for guests or for a bento. This bright vegetable sushi has a lovely yuzu fragrance.

Ingredients: 5 pieces

Sushi rice
100 g
Imitation crab sticks
3
Yuzu peel (or lemon)
As needed
Radish chrysanthemum (Recipe ID: 1659810)

Steps

1. Make the radish chrysanthemum.
2. Finely chop the crab sticks. Mince or grate the yuzu peel.
3. Mix Step 2 with the sushi rice. Divide into 5 portions.
4. Wrap each portion from Step 3 in plastic wrap and shape into balls. Flatten the tops a little bit. Make 5.
5. Top with a radish chrysanthemum.
