Chinese Cabbage with Egg

I used leftover broth from simmering meat and tofu.
Let's make Chinese cabbage with eggs.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Broth from simmered meat and tofu

Chinese cabbage
Beaten egg
(If needed) Soy sauce
to taste


1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into 1 cm strips.
2. When the broth from the previously simmered meat and tofu comes to a boil, add Step 1, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes. Check the taste halfway through and add soy sauce if necessary.
3. Lastly, add the beaten egg and it's done. It's delicious over cooked rice.
