Healthy Firm Tofu With Egg

If you're on a no-carb diet, this is the perfect low-calorie, easy-to-eat dish.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Egg
1
Tofu
1/2 a block or less
○Dashi stock granules
1 teaspoon
○Mirin
2 teaspoons
○ Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
1 tablespoon
○ Water
80 ml
Mizuna
to taste

Steps

1. In a small pan, add all of the ○ ingredients and bring to a boil.
2. Add the tofu while crushing it with a spoon into the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
3. Swirl in the beaten egg. When it comes to a boil again, turn off the heat.
4. Add any of your favorite greens, such as mizuna greens or mitsuba (Japanese parsley) if desired, and enjoy!

I had a craving for oyako-don, so I came up with this dish which does not use rice or chicken, but has a similar taste.
