Tofu & Yogurt No-Bake Cheesecake

Just mix, chill, and serve. I recommend this for anyone who's on a diet.


Tofu (drained well)
1 block (400 g)
Plain yogurt
200 ml
80 g
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
25 - 50 ml
Grated lemon peel
optional, to taste
10 g
50 ml


1. Soak the gelatin in water and then heat in a double boiler to dissolve.
2. Put all of the ingredients, except the gelatin mixture, into the food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth. At this point, taste it and adjust the flavor with sugar, yogurt, or lemon juice as needed.
3. ☆ Move Step 2 to a bowl and stir in the dissolved gelatin. Place into a plastic container (such as a Tupperware) and chill. You can put it into any type of container.
4. Done.

Story Behind this Recipe

This is a quick and healthy dessert. In my opinion, firm tofu gives it a richer taste and I like it better.
