Easy Steamed Kinako Bread in the Microwave

This recipe is simple, quick, leaves hardly any washing up, and uses just 3 ingredients!
Eat this healthy, oil-free, and kinako-scented snack for breakfast or whenever you're feeling a bit peckish.

Ingredients: 1 light serving

Pancake mix
30 g
Kinako
10 g
Water
30-35 g

Steps

1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small mug.
2. Without wrapping it with cling film or placing a lid over the top, heat the mug in the microwave for 1-1.5 minutes (500 W) and it's ready!
3. Try mixing in some brown sugar or serving this bread with brown sugar syrup or honey if you like. It tastes delicious.

Story Behind this Recipe

I've tried making lots of simple and quick oil-free snacks but this is by far the one I've been making the most. It's the easiest recipe I know so I uploaded it here.
