Sushi Rice Hand Rolled Sushi

This sushi rice goes with anything.

Ingredients: 3-4 rice cooker cups

3-4 rice cooker cups uncooked
Sushi Vinegar:
200 ml
Soft light brown sugar
150 g
3 teaspoons
Your favorite ingredients


1. Cook the rice with a little sake and konbu. Use a little less water than you normally would.
2. Put the vinegar, soft light brown sugar, and salt in a pan, and bring it to a boil.
3. Mix the vinegar from Step 2 into the hot cooked rice. Let the rice cool and your sushi rice is complete.
