Tartar Sauce for Fried Food

This is a delicious tartar sauce with the rich flavor of Parmesan cheese. It goes great with fried food!

Ingredients

Boiled eggs
2
Onion
1/4
Pickled cucumber
20 g
Plain yogurt
3 tablespoons
Mayonnaise
6 tablespoons
Ketchup
1 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon
Dried parsley
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Finely chop the pickles, onions, and eggs.
2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt (amount separate from listed ingredients) onto the onions and let sit. Then, rinse and squeeze out the water.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and adjust the taste with salt and pepper to finish.
4. It's great on fried oysters, fried shrimp, and fried squid rings!
5. It's also delicious on a baguette.
