Easy Hand-Rolled Sushi with Sushi Vinegar

These easy hand-rolled sushi are made by just adding sushi vinegar and mixing.
Everybody can have fun while eating these, and can add whichever ingredients they like.

Ingredients: Serves 4

Sushi vinegar
as needed
Nori (dried seaweed sheet)
as desired
Hot cooked rice
450 g (family-sized serving)
Fillings:
Negitoro (minced fatty tuna with scallions)
as desired
Imitation crab sticks
as desired
Shrimp
as desired
Salmon roe
as desired
Cucumbers

Lettuce
as desired
Canned tuna
1 can
Mayonnaise
to taste
Shiso leaves
as desired
Tamagoyaki
as desired
Tuna (sashimi quality)
as desired

Steps

1. Mix the sushi vinegar in with the rice.
2. Make the tamagoyaki. Remove the oil from the canned tuna and mix it with the mayonnaise. Slice the cucumbers and tear the lettuce.
3. Lay everything out and you're done! You can eat it with strong soy sauce, mayonnaise, etc.
