Easy Cooking in a Frying Pan Sautéed Chicken and Chinese Cabbage

Chicken thighs and Chinese cabbage are surprisingly delicious together! All you need to do is sauté the ingredients in a frying pan. You can make this dish easily. The ratio of the flavouring ingredients is 1:1:1.

Ingredients

Chicken thigh
1 thigh
Chinese cabbage
3 leaves
Seasoning ingredients:
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Vinegar
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Add the chicken thigh in a heated frying pan, and sauté the skin side first. Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces, and add to the pan.
2. When the chicken skin starts to brown, flip, add the seasoning ingredients, and sauté the other side for about 5 minutes. When the chicken is cooked through, it's done.
