Ingredients: 2 servings

Oysters
1 pack
Flour
4 tablespoons
Oil
1 tablespoon
Butter
as needed
Grated garlic
2.5 teaspoon (5 cm if tubed)
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Salt (to rinse the oysters)
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Sprinkle the salt on the oysters, and rinse well under running water to wash off any dirt. Pat dry, and coat evenly with flour.
2. Heat the oil, butter, and garlic in the frying pan. After the butter melts, align the oysters on the pan. Take care not to poke the oysters too much or the coating will come off.
3. Sprinkle some salt and pepper as you pan-fry the oysters for 2-3 minutes on both sides over medium heat. Dish them up after they've become crispy on the outside, and enjoy!!
4. These oysters are great with sautéed spinach leaves!
