This is based off of an English recipe. The original recipe used normal sugar and golden syrup, but I used ingredients that are easier to get in Japan.You can use maple syrup as well.
The recipe requires 50 ml of clotted cream.You can make it without the mizuame, but it will be brittle.I ground sea salt with a salt mill.
