Pacific cod fillets

Miso
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Mix the miso and mayonnaise together.
2. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and place the fillets on top with the skin down.
4. Spread the miso and mayonnaise mixture on top of the fillets.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. They burn easily, so keep an eye on them.
