Easy Teriyaki Chicken Wings with Sesame Seeds

This is a very tasty dish, which goes well with a bowl of rice or with drinks. You can use either chicken wings or drumsticks.


Chicken wing mid section
Salt and pepper
to taste
as needed
Vegetable oil
as needed
Teriyaki Sauce (Recipe ID: 1415913)
○ Sugar
2 teaspoons
○ Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
○ Mirin
2 teaspoons
○ Sake
2 teaspoons
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon


1. Salt and pepper to chicken wings and coat evenly with katakuriko. Use a plastic bag! Put in the ○ ingredients and shake well. Easy.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan, then add the chicken wings. -Cook one side first and flip over. I suggest you cover with a lid and steam-fry over low heat.
3. Meanwhile, make the teriyaki sauce. Mix all ○ ingredients in a bowl.
4. Once wings have cooked, pat excess oil with kitchen paper if necessary. Then pour sauce in the frying pan.
5. Cook until the sauce starts to thicken, then turn off as soon as possible. Sprinkle sesame seeds and coat well at the end.
