Christmas Dinner Beef Steak

A white plate can easily be transformed into a Christmas plate with herbs, vegetables, and toppings! Please give this a try!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Wagyu sirloin
three 180 g slices
Baby leaves
a small amount
Garlic Butter
50 g
☆Chopped herbs
Parsley, thyme, etc
☆Garlic powder
as needed (a lot)
Fresh herbs
Rosemary, parsley, dill, yarrow, chives, etc.
Red or yellow bell pepper
Red, yellow, orange
Okra (sliced)
a small amount
Radish (sliced)
a small amount


1. For the garlic butter, knead together the ☆ ingredients until well combined. Wrap it up in plastic wrap, then chill in the refrigerator to harden.
2. Peel the ◆ ingredients and boil them in separate pots using soup stock. Boil the okra and broccoli until just al dente.
3. Wash the topping herbs and vegetables, then cut into small pieces.
4. Arrange the ingredients from Step 2 and 3 on your plate. The preparations are complete!
5. There are three people in my family, so I make each plate a little different.
7. Season the beef with salt and pepper and cook on the electric griddle.
8. Eat it while it's still hot!

As for large plates, I only had white ones! It was Christmas, so I wanted something a little more colorful.
