Curry Doria with Creamy Eggs

Use leftover curry to make a delicious dish!!
The half-cooked eggs gives it a creamy taste, and cheese adds a rich flavor to the curry.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Curry (leftover)
1 serving
Hot cooked white rice
150-200 g
Melting type cheese
30-40 g


1. Combine the curry and rice in a bowl, and mix well.
2. Lightly grease a gratin dish with butter (not listed), put Step 1 in it, and flatten the surface.
3. Make a dent in the middle, break in the egg, and scatter with the cheese.
4. Bake in a toaster oven (700 W) for 7-8 minutes (until the cheese melts).
