Potato Gratin Made with Leftover Meat Sauce

It's a hot and fluffy potato gratin! It's very delicious. Please enjoy it as an easy side dish!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Meat Sauce
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
as needed


1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and transfer into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes.
2. They should be ready when you can easily push a toothpick through them! Mix with the mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the meat sauce on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in an oven!
3. When the surface has browned, it's done!
