Curried Cauliflower

Curried Cauliflower

I got this recipe from my friend. You can eat a lot of tasty cauliflowers with it. The amount of curry powder is kept to moderation so children could also eat this. My son actually had this as a baby food.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

half a bunch
☆Curry powder
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
☆Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons

1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sizes. Boil in boiling water with a dash of salt. This cauliflower from the U.S. was big and I used half of it, but use a whole head if it's small.
2. Mix the ingredients marked ☆ in a medium sized bowl.
3. Drain water well from the cauliflower and put into the bowl of Step 2 while the cauliflower is hot. Mix evenly.
4. You can enjoy it immediately or after it has cooled down in the fridge. I put in too much curry powder this time, so the picture shows very yellow cauliflowers.

Story Behind this Recipe

I asked my friend who's a good cook, "Tell me any side dish recipe that is easy to make," and she shared this with me. The taste of these curried cauliflowers is addictive. I sometimes eat half of a bunch of cauliflower by myself.
