You can use mentsuyu to create a delicious chicken & egg rice bowl, or a fried pork cutlet rice bowl, or even egg drop soup! You can also use it easily with other dishes!

Ingredients

Pork cutlet
1 cutlet
Japanese leek (onion)

○Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
2 tablespoons
○Water
70 ml
○Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
○Sugar
1 teaspoon
○Sake
1 tablespoon
○Mirin
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Today I made a fried pork cutlet rice bowl. If the cutlet is cold, microwave to warm. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Diagonally slice the leek. Combine the ○ ingredients. Use a frying pan! I recommend a deep or small frying pan.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Plop in the pork cutlet!
5. Let it simmer a bit.
6. Fill up a bowl with cooked rice.
