Easy Stir-Fried Sausage and Potato

This dish is easy and delicious. Done in 10 minutes! It goes well with beer and white wine.


Wiener sausages
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
Garlic (grated)
1 teaspoon
Dried basil
to taste
Krazy Salt
to taste
Coarsely ground black pepper
as needed
Soy sauce
to taste


1. Cut the potatoes into large pieces with the skins on, lay them in a microwave-safe plate, and microwave at 600 W for about 5 minutes.
2. Cut the wiener sausages slightly larger than bite sizes.
3. Heat the frying pan, add the olive oil, then add the grated garlic, and heat until fragrant. Once the garlic is fragrant, immediately add the wiener sausages!
4. Add the microwaved potatoes to the sausages, and stir-fry them until slightly golden brown. Once they are golden brown, season with Krazy salt, coarsely ground black pepper, and basil to taste.
5. Enjoy!
