My Family's Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

A bit of a light taste! It's my family's ginger pork stir-fry.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Pork
350 g
Onion

Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Seasoning ingredients:
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons
Sake
2 tablespoons
Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Grated ginger
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix together the seasoning ingredients. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions until wilted. Add the meat.
2. Once the meat has changed color, add the seasonings and coat.
