Easy Cranberry Jam

The sweet and tart cranberries will melt in your mouth. The picture shows it on top of bread and cream cheese. It's also good with yogurt!


Fresh cranberries
360 g
180 g
Lemon juice
1 lemon's worth


1. Wash and drain the fresh cranberries. Heat a non-stick pot.
2. Add the sugar and blend. Add the lemon juice and heat over medium.
3. Heat over medium heat while gently mixing. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Once it becomes a thick jam, it's done. Pour into a clean bottle and store in the refrigerator.

Story Behind this Recipe

I bought some fresh cranberries at Costco, but if you eat them fresh, they're not sweet.
So, I made them into jam.
