Yakisoba Noodles with Lots Of Vegetables and Fish Sauce

The only seasoning ingredient is Thai fish sauce. It's such a great condiment to have around since it'll amp up any dish.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Yakisoba noodles
1 pack
Thinly sliced pork belly
about 50 g
Cabbage, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms etc.
About one rice bowl's worth
Fish sauce
1 tablespoon
Lemon

Steps

1. Cut up the pork and vegetables into easy to eat pieces. Microwave the yakisoba noodles in its bag for 30 seconds.
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork and vegetables. Add the noodles and stir fry well
3. Add the fish sauce, mix and it's done. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
