Pad Ga-prao (Spicy Minced Chicken on Rice with Fried Egg)

I want to go to Thailand! But I can't! At least I can feel like I'm there.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast
200 g
Red or yellow bell pepper

Green pepper
1
Basil leaves
1 pack
Garlic
2 cloves
Red chili peppers, thinly sliced
2 pinches
Fish sauce
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Eggs

Steps

1. Mince the chicken breast, bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Shred the basil leaves.
2. Heat the sesame oil, sauté the garlic and red chili peppers until fragrant. Add the chicken and when well browned, add the bell peppers.
3. Add all of the seasonings, then sprinkle on the basil. Don't sauté for too much longer to maintain optimal fragrance.
4. Top the rice with a sunny-side-up egg, garnish with basil, then serve!
